Rev. Terry & Tina Richardson

Senior Pastor 

Reverends Terry and Tina Richardson have been serving in full-time ministry for over 25 years. During this time, they have served in children, youth, associate, and senior pastor positions in churches in the Dallas metroplex, Los Angeles, and Houston areas.

Married in 1980, they have two daughters, a son-in-law, and a granddaughter; Tiffany, their oldest daughter, is a lawyer in Houston, Texas, and is married to Jeff Dupree, and in January of 2008, Tiffany gave birth to a beautiful daughter, Madeleine. Their youngest daughter, Tara, is attending law school in Houston, Texas.

Ordained in 1990 with the General Council of the Assemblies of God, Terry received a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministry & Evangelism from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie and a Master’s Degree in Religious Education from Southwestern Theological Seminary in Fort Worth. Following the leading of the Holy Spirit, he and Tina returned to the church they attended as teenagers, Valley Hi Assembly of God in San Antonio, as Senior Pastor. His passion is to shepherd the congregation God has entrusted to him with anointed preaching, teaching, discipleship, love and compassion.

Tina, a credentialed Assemblies of God minister, received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law. Formerly a prosecutor with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and now with the US Government as a Federal Prosecutor, Tina has many opportunities to witness to inmates, families, victims, other attorneys and court personnel. Also an anointed minister of the Word, she has had the opportunity to minister internationally and throughout the United States at women’s conferences, conventions, and retreats as well as in the pulpits of many local churches. Her greatest desire is to see the lives of people changed by the transforming power of Jesus Christ.

Together this dynamic team brings a new dimension to the ministry of the Gospel. Their sincere consecration, dedication, and devotion to the Lord enhance their relationships with people, both in and out of the church realm.
