El pastor José Manuel Pecina es originario de Rio Bravo, Tamaulipas Mexico. Su esposa Ruth es orginaria de San Antonio, Texas. Ambos son graduados del Instituto Biblico Magdiel en H. Matamoros, Tamaulipas Mexico. Ambos también son graduados del Instituto de Superación Ministerial  también conocido como (LAAST: Latin American Advanced School of Theology), recibiendo así sus Licenciaturas en Teología Bíblica.    

Los Pastores Pecina son ministros del Gulf Latin American District y también se desarrollan como maestros de Instituto Bíblico, dónde equipan y entrenan a las futuras generaciones de ministros.  Son predicadores dinámicos con mensajes que tratan con asuntos que muchas veces la comunidad Hispana enfrenta.  Su trasfondo les permite tener la habilidad de comprender y ayudar a aquellos que vienen a los Estados Unidos para buscar un mejor futuro.  Su ministerio se enfoca en desafiar a la comunidad Hispana para que comprendan los principios bíblicos de una vida de victoria en Jesucristo y puedan aplicarlos en su diario vivir.

Pastor José Manuel Pecina is from Rio Bravo, Tamaulipas Mexico, and his wife, Ruth, from San Antonio, Texas. They both are graduates of the Bible Institute Magdiel located in Matamoros, Tamaulipas Mexico.  Pastor José and Ruth are also graduates of LAAST (Latin American Advanced School of Theology), receiving their Bachelor of Arts in Theology.

Pastors Pecina are currently credentialed ministers of the Gulf Latin American District where they also work as Bible Institute professors, equipping and training a future generation of ministers.  They are also dynamic preachers with messages that deal with contemporary issues that the Hispanic community faces.  The combination of their unique backgrounds gives them the ability to understand and help those who come to the United States seeking a brighter future.  Their ministry is focused in challenging the Hispanic community to comprehend the biblical principles of a victorious life in Jesus Christ and applying those principles in their daily lives.
