Everywhere there are hurting people. Our church’s message, “Nothing’s Too Hard for God” brings hope to the hurting. This Small Group Discussion will deliver God’s truth of grace and deliverance as we take a closer look at eight topics: forgiveness, loneliness, broken relationships, illness, fear, financial need, loss, and addiction. Creative Arts
Creative Arts
The Creative Arts Ministry serves to create an atmosphere where the presence of God can impact and change lives using the creative arts of ministry. The Creative Arts Ministries include our Worship Choir, FrontLine singers, Musicians, Audio/Media team, and our Drama ministry. There are weekly opportunities available in all these areas as well as seasonal drama and musical productions that combine every ministry together. If you have a passion for the presence of God and a desire to serve through the creative arts, there are so many areas to get involved in and make an impact for the Kingdom! Love all, Worship ONE! Pastor David Holley pastordavid@valleyhiag.org.
The FrontLine Singers are selected from within the Worship Choir. Their role is to serve as lead worshippers, to encourage the congregation, and to vocally create a worshipful atmosphere during a service. They have more in-depth practices that are designed to help learn songs and harmonies, and grow in vocal ability. If you desire to be a lead worshipper, become a stronger singer, or learn how to utilize 3 Part Harmony, come to our choir practices and show your interest in this ministry.
Our Worship Choir ministry is open to all, and is designed to learn choral music as well as praise songs for our weekly services. They also play a key role in our seasonal productions and outreach events. The Worship Choir serves to encourage and inspire through music and song in order to grow a community of worshippers who are after God’s heart!
To play an instrument skillfully before the Lord with excellence is a great way to praise God. And to do so in a group of musicians playing together to the Lord helps to create an atmosphere of praise to God! Our musicians play for our weekly services, special events, and productions and have regular practices on a weekly basis.
Our Audio/Media Ministry has the tremendous responsibility of helping create a worshipful atmosphere using sound mixing, lighting, and media tools. They are “they eyes and ears” of the Creative Arts Ministries as well as behind the scenes worship leaders. This ministry is so valuable to the church, and they play a major role in our weekly services and seasonal productions.
