Job Summary and Qualifications

As Director, you will oversee the management of a daycare center. We are seeking an individual who has demonstrated an exceptional ability to manage day-to-day activities, daycare center finances, employees, and a food program. Other responsibilities include:

- Directly manage daycare staff
- Adhere to all state and local requirements for operating a daycare in San Antonio, Texas
- Manage the daycare finances with integrity, honesty and transparency
- Report to official church and daycare boards on all matters concerning the daycare
- Provide strong, visionary leadership

Hiring Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in, but not limited to, Education, Early Childhood Development, Business, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years working in a daycare or early childhood development with at least 3 years as Director or Asst. Director, or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Strong computer skills
- Demonstrate an exceptional standard of quality: this involves accuracy, attention to detail, organization and self review skills, thoughtful analysis and problem-solving, and accountability for excellent results
- Flexibility to work additional hours as needed
